Harvey is an outstanding leader who preaches the partnership approach to successfully carrying out his client’s assignments. During his previous ten years with the largest executive search firm on the west coast Harvey was a three-time winner of the title “Account Executive of the Year”. Special areas of interest for Harvey include: general management, sales, marketing and sales management within the technology driven industries; employee training and development; compensation/incentive plans; account penetration; time and territory management; and hiring/firing policies. Harvey has filled positions ranging from President/GM, VP Sales/Marketing down to application or sales engineer. Harvey is more than just a recruiter. He is a counselor. His deep knowledge of the sales and marketing fields dates back to the many years that he has spent with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of sales and marketing management positions. Since entering the executive search business Harvey has lent his knowledge to small and medium-sized companies as well as larger corporations. A graduate of City College of New York’s Baruch College, Harvey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a specialty in Market Management. He is a member of the Instrument Society of America, Who’s Who Worldwide, and is an experienced public speaker and corporate trainer. |

Prior to entering the executive search field, Alberta has been a Director of Human Resources and a Vice President of Corporate Recruitment for major corporations.
